Shop Summary of Key Terms

All orders are accepted subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale (available here). It is important that you read these terms in full, however for your convenience we have summarised the key terms below:

A binding contract is formed only once we have confirmed your order via email. This email will confirm the price and delivery charges - these may be different from those shown on the website or during the ordering process, please check them.

Items are delivered by Royal Mail or courier typically within 5-10 working days from confirmation of your order, although this is not a guarantee. We do not currently deliver to addresses in the Far East, Oceania or Antarctica.

You have a right to cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you have received it for a refund. To do so you must notify us and return the item, unused and in its original packaging - please see the terms for more information.

There are some rare occasions where we may cancel an order - see the terms for more information.

We must provide items that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described by us, otherwise you may:

  • within the 30 days following their delivery, reject them for a refund; or
  • within the first 6 months following their delivery, request that they are repaired or replaced at no cost to you or, if that is not possible, be refunded.

We are only responsible for foreseeable personal loss or damage that is caused by our breach of the terms and any other losses that we may not lawfully exclude or limit - please see the terms for more information. We are not responsible for any business losses.

Dear Jinglers Everywhere,

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation and guidelines provided by the Government and Public Health England* ( & all other relevant Regional Public Health agencies) our customers and class teacher safety and well-being is absolutely paramount.

Sadly, in view of the most recent news and recommendations Jo Jingles classes are now TEMPORARILY CLOSED in ALL areas.

However, you can still enjoy Jo Jingles @ Home – many of our Jingle areas are now offering fun online music sessions so contact your local Jo Jingles representative for further details either via Facebook or https://www.jojingles.com/find-class

If there’s not one available in your area at this time do take a look online to see where you can join another online session in our Network https://www.jojingles.com/find-class.

During this very difficult time we want to support families at home and provide some musical fun and entertainment for children.

If you would like to also stock up on musical goodies to accompany the sessions visit Jo’s Shop at https://www.jojingles.com/shop – it’s business as usual, at this time, for all online orders received.

This situation is evolving rapidly, and we will keep you updated if things change but in the meantime we are continuing to follow all necessary health and safety guidelines.

We’ll also shortly be announcing some NEW and exciting Jingle products too!
